My affection for storytelling and savvy for constructing three-dimensional characters that people resonate with has led me to screenwriting, with a specialty in writing dark comedy. The most compelling element of comedy, in my opinion, is its ability to introduce a note of levity even during life’s most challenging moments.

I am able to draw inspiration not only from my own personal background but also from observing and valuing the distinct human experiences of others. I am passionate about creating stories that address societal issues that a wide range of audiences can identify with. At the University of Michigan (BA - Film, Television and Media '24), I have been able to sharpen my storytelling skills and establish my unique voice as a screenwriter.
